The Rolling Armor system allows an individual to escape a dangerous situation by rolling to a safe place. Rolling Armor is an armored tire system, comprised of a solid ring made of an extremely light and flexible material which is installed on the inside rim of any tubeless tire ranging from a 13” to 22.5”. It is highly resistant to bullet impact, and fits every automobile, SUV or truck. 



The Rolling Armor system is designed to allow an individual to continue driving even if the tires of his or her vehicle have been punctured. In this way, the person can avoid having to change a flat tire in a dangerous zone or at an undesirable time and safely escape a robbery or kidnapping.

 

Description:

This is a device manufactured with a very light and flexible material, highly resistant to bullet impacts. It’s attached to the rim on the inside of the tire.

This device is designed so that it may be installed on every normal tire (Sellomatic), no matter if it’s a high, low or super low profile, ranging from 13” rims to 22.5” rims. The device allows the tire to conserve its elasticity and normal balancing as well. It doesn’t alter or modify the vehicle’s alignment.

It is mainly composed by high tenacity elastomers, previously tested in high temperature and pressure conditions.
When Rolling Armor comes into action there is very high friction between the rim and the tire. This is why it’s required that the driver maintains an average velocity between 60 and 70 Km/h in order to prevent a premature degradation of the ring because of high temperatures caused by friction.
